Summary: There’s much to like about The Shane in Atlanta, but two disappointing experiences led me to give a poor rating. First, upon check-in, the room I was assigned was clearly not ready—someone had used the bed, a hanger was left on it, and there was trash on the floor. I returned to the front desk and was given a different room. Second, during my stay, my night garment went missing after housekeeping cleaned the room. I assume it was accidentally taken with the bedsheets. I followed up several times with both housekeeping and the front desk but received no resolution or meaningful communication. I was repeatedly told they would look into it, but no one ever followed up. After my stay, I emailed the housekeeping manager on July 3 and again on July 6—both messages went unanswered. Overall, the staff were unresponsive, offered no apology or compensation, and failed to take responsibility.

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay at Kimpton hotel, very clean, very nice definitely worth the visit, I’ll recommend this hotel to all my friends and family

Summary: The first night I reported that we were having some type of plumbing issue. The front desk said “ well nobody else reported that”. They didn’t do anything so I stayed in a room that sounded like a jet was taking off every time someone showered. On the second night we didn’t have towels and wash rags, they were apparently out. We ordered room service, no utensils and food was so cold it we couldn’t eat it. There was no microwave of course. We wanted ice for our water, the machine didn’t have ice just bags of water. I have a video of the shower issue.

Summary: Quick book at a great rate and nice hotel. Pet friendly, really helped me out. Parking feels so far from the hotel but they do have valet and nice amenities

Summary: Loved my stay here! Very clean and convenient to the events I was attending while in Atlanta and also the airport. Breakfast was great! Apparently the restaurant and in room dining menus are completely different which is an inconvenience. Front desk could use some improvement after hours.
